Picture this: a stunning Mission style estate, built in the 1920s, with exquisite details. As you step inside, you are greeted by 22’ high arched windows adorned with multicolored stained glass insets, original drapery, and a fabulous carved stone fireplace that exudes warmth and charm. The solid oak front door beckons you to explore further, leading you to a cherry wood spiral staircase that seems to invite you to climb and discover the intricate beauty hidden within.

And the best part? This venue is permanently decorated, so you don't have to worry about additional costs or the hassle of bringing in extra decor. Shelley, the lovely owner, is a dream to work with and is always willing to accommodate any special requests or edits to the decor. Plus, the option for overnight accommodations for the couple & their on-site hair stylist Jayda add an extra layer of convenience!

1st North Co is not only a sought-after photography studio, but also a hidden gem as a micro wedding and elopement venue. The moment you step foot into this modern and chic space, you are greeted by an abundance of natural light that floods the room, creating a dreamy atmosphere that is perfect for your special day.
